Events.
In the coming months, I'm planning to collaboratively offer a few spiritual discussion and spiritual exploration events in the Ames area. I've located a great venue for this nearby, with plenty of natural scenery and serenity to contemplate your relationship with your own spirituality before, during, and afterwards, as you see fit.
Each event will be paired with a Spiritual Direction session (whether one-on-one or in a group), which can help you process and integrate what you've discovered about yourself through the joined practice for that session. My current co-hosts are other community members who have a spiritual interest in and experience with the following:
Chakra readings and energy work
Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga (Trauma-Informed Certification)
Tarot readings
